The ½ Hour Power Workout is the Ultimate Workout done in the least amount of time! Each ½ hr. session is created to target upper and lower body muscle groups. This workout will have your cardiovascular system pumping while building muscle. You’ll also work on your core muscles (abs and lower back) ending with a stretch.
