When I first started at Fit For Life, I joined because my weight and diabetes were getting out of control. My sugar levels were so high my doctor told me that if I didn't do something about my weight & eating habits that I would have to start injecting insulin into my body daily, and most of all they way I was going I probably would not see the age of 50. I am now only 27 years old. That was about 2 months ago and since then my sugar levels have dropped so much that my doctor says that a few more points down and I will be able to stop taking the medication that I am currently taking 3 times a day! I can honestly say that making the decision to join this awesome team here at Fit For Life especially my personal trainer, Teresa Reed has changed my life and also showed me a better way of living. This is my testimony and I just want to tell you all that I am 9 years old and I was in a 9/10 dress size but now I am back into a kids' size of 16. I got to this point by my trainer Ms. Teresa. I see a lot of improvement since I have been here and I am very happy with them.
